Republic Airways has developed the Circle of Stars employee recognition program to identify and honor employees who on a regular basis demonstrate the guiding principles of the company in tangible and recognizable acts.  This program was developed with the framework that employees can easily recognize fellow associates who exhibit behavior that exemplifies our guiding principles.  In many ways it is a program for the employees by the employees.

As our company continues to grow and prosper our success will be determined by how we treat one another, our passengers and partners.  Our mission will be more easily achieved by collectively working together.  Associates guided by these tangible aims and focused on our mission will be recognized by their fellow employees, and selected as Circle of Stars award recipients.  Since its inception, Republic Airways has recognized over 300 employees as Circle of Stars winners.
